- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de suplica presentado el ciudadano Luis Fernando Rivera Acosta, dentro del expediente D-14.083, contra el auto del dieciseis (16) de marzo de dos mil veintiuno (2021) proferido por la magistrada sustanciadora Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, por las razones expuestas.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el auto del dieciseis (16) de marzo de dos mil veintiuno (2021) proferido por la magistrada sustanciadora Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano Luis Fernando Rivera Acosta dentro del proceso con radicado D-14.083.
